Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, small, diced 1/8″
  • 2 peeled avocados, smashed (You can use your hands.)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 oz. yellow Spanish onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 or more, to taste, Serrano pepper, very finely chopped
  • 1/4 oz. cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

Combine all ingredients. For better and longer shelf life, keep it in an airtight container to prevent browning.
